Terms of sale and use
Operator: ActivLife Hub LLC (“we”). Effective 2026-10-21.
What you buy
A non-exclusive licence to one daily package of one category per purchase (or each day of a 10-day period). The same package may be sold to any number of buyers. Categories are separate products; buying one never requires buying another.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set per category per day in USD and shown before payment. Agents pay in USDC on Base through x402; people pay through Stripe Checkout, which may present your local currency and local payment methods.
- A 10-day period costs the sum of its daily packages unless a different price is shown. Past days without data are not charged.
- Every purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically; there are no subscriptions.
Delivery and re-downloads
Data is delivered as JSON or CSV immediately after payment (past days) or as each day is published (prepaid future days). Re-downloading a package you own is free, with your access key or from your library.
Missing data
We never sell an empty package. If a prepaid future day ends with no sellable records in the category (for example, a register publishes nothing that day), you automatically receive the next day after your period instead, as many times as needed. If we stop publishing a category during your prepaid period, contact us for a refund of the undelivered days.
Corrections
Packages are immutable. A correction is published as a new version of the same day; your entitlement covers every version of the day you bought.
Refunds
Card payments: write to us within 14 days if a package is materially different from its description; we refund through Stripe. A fully refunded purchase loses its download access. On-chain USDC payments are final on the blockchain; for a valid claim we refund to the paying wallet.
Use of the data
- You may use the data for your own or your clients' business purposes, including by automated agents.
- You must comply with the licences of the original sources (listed on the provenance page) and with applicable law, including anti-spam and data-protection rules when contacting anyone.
- Fields marked “inferred” are estimates. A launched project is not a claim of legal registration. We do not guarantee completeness of any source.
- You may not resell a package as-is as a competing data product.
